There is a defibrillator (AED) on the wall of the Holne village shop and tearoom, to the right hand side of the front door.
To make use of this life-saving equipment, call for help, dial 999 and the operator will talk you through how to unlock and use the defibrillator. If you know how to do CPR, do this too.
The machine is designed to be used by members of the public with no training required. Once activated, the AED will talk you through exactly what to do and whether it has detected a heart rhythm that can be 'shocked'. You cannot hurt someone by using the machine.
